iPod Just got rebate nano, can I exchange for a new one?

Hey all, I just recieved my rebate nano in the mail. It is unopened.

Does anyone know if I can ask for the new nano instead?

I can't help but feel jipped.....

jipped for a free ipod? um ok lol. why do you think they do that anyways.....to clear inventory for the new models. this is what they have done in the past as well

so no you cant get the new nano by returning your old one. even the site says the back to school special applies only to old models

You can return the nano, but you won't get a rebate on the new one
