I wasn't aware Apple did 64-bit drivers for XP. To the best of my
knowledge their 64-bit drivers are only for Vista.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You are 100% correct. After I posted my question, I went ahead and installed XP Home 32bit and all the drivers installed seamless, then I got the urge to delete the partition and install XP Pro 64 bit again. put the cd in, explored the CD and manual started the bootcamp setup, and it said I couldnt install that OS with that CD. So Now I am on Windows 7 RC 64 bit now, and they installed fine.

What is the best Fan control for windows? I only plan to use windows to do some light racing games/COD4
