Ok so I just jailbroke my iphone 3GS but what do I do now? Like how do I retrieve all of my contacts, app store apps, photos, and everything else back? When I open itunes do I set it up as a new iphone or restore back to my other one? Will any of these things remove the jailbreak? I'm confused.

Thanks MR. See pic below for details.

When you sync, your stuff will be put back on your phone assuming you did a backup sync before you did the JB.

If you want the best chance of a problem free JB phone, choose set up as new, but you will loose all your settings, not the music, photos, contacts, calendar.

If you want to take a chance then restore to old backup.

Hmmm ok I don't mind setting up as new. I just want to be able to re-sync my contacts, pics, and ringtones. Is that possible or will I have to enter everything back in it? It deleted ALL my contacts.

As long as you have your contacts in your address book on the Mac, nothing would have been deleted. The contacts are just no longer on the device. Sync them over just like syncing music.

Your phone didn't come with your contacts on it right. Just put them on like you did when you bought the phone.
