Just jailbroke now what?

So I got my 3g jailbroke today went smooth and easy, there's alot of stuff on icy and cydia anyone have any tips on what I should get or do first? I am a tad overwelmed ATM

Search for "stefwiz" and install it, then go back to changes and download all sources.

When done, search for "sbsettings." When your phone has restarted / resprung, swipe your finger across the top of the phone (statusbar).

SBsettings is AWESOME!
