Just jailbroke - what are your favorite jailbreak apps?

I haven't seen one of these threads around in a few months and figured I'd see what apps people are using these days. I'm not a total noob to cydia/etc but I haven't really played with it since my itouch on 2.0. I'm interested to hear your favorite free or paid jailbreak apps.
