I use my iPad on the couch, chair, car but mostly in bed. But I get tired of holding it after a while, so I was looking for some sort of lap desk. Most are too big for what I want but I think I found the perfect one for my needs and it's only $10 at Amazon. I think Walmart has it too. The thing that sold me on this one was the smaller size and also the tabs that look like they might angle the iPad in a perfect position. I should receive it next week sometime and I'll post pics of it on an actual iPad if anyone is interested.
It looks like the pillow part might be angled as well which would make it all the more attractive to me. The only thing I might be concerned about is when I am using it in bed, if the pillow part is actually high enough to elevate the whole thing high enough. We'll see I guess but for only ten bucks I am giving it a shot.

Also, I have my iPad in a TPU case which makes it "grippy" to begin with so I think once the TPU hits the plastic desk it might be a real good *no slipage* fit.
