I bought this for $1299.00 I use my computer for internet use and Sim City 4. I have a lot of pictures (3,000) maybe thats not a lot. Should I get this?

The wireless keyboard is ok, in my opinion. Some people like it, some don't... I went for the full sized keyboard - i like having a large number of 'F 'keys!

I still have a Core Duo...first gen Intel iMac that could do what you want to do. So yes, both those machines would work.....

I probably seem arrogant. I only picked the name Moneyman cause I'm a banker. I was not insinuating that I had money. I have been saving for a year to upgrade my imac.

It is a great setup. The higher end one has two major benefits: the RAM (which will actually make a big difference) and the Video card (2600 Pro) which is much better than the (2400xt). Keep the one you bought. 3,000 photos may sound like a lot, but it really isn't all that much and will take up only a handful of gigabytes out of the 320.

The processor upgrade is good as well, but you likely will not see a huge difference unless you do video encoding or something of that sort.
