Just received my mbp14 inch. Everything is flawless except for the bottom of the screen.
It seems like the de-lamination was sloppily adhered? Is this a cause for concern you think that may get worse over time?
Debating if I should return or may get something similar. thoughts?

Return it if it or anything bothers you. It won't get better by itself and it will drive you crazy every time you open your laptop.

I have had a little of this on several Apple Silicon based Macs I have purchased new. Similar location and amount. A gentle wipe with a micro fibre cloth and all will be good.

I don't think it'll be a problem at all, but if it bothers you, you may want to take it to a Genius Bar.
