Ok, so here's the thing.

I have an iPhone 3G with 2.1.1 and iTunes 8.2 on my Macbook Pro.

I was wondering, can i still unlocked it and install 3.0? or is not possible yet?

Edit: I know i updated iTunes and i can't unlocked it with 8.2 but i was thinking on using another computer do to this, if its possible!

If you have 2.2.1, then your baseband probably is 2.30.03 which is not unlockable via Yellowsn0w. Yellowsn0w only works with 2.28.00 baseband.
You may be able to downgrade your baseband back to 2.28.00 to unlock by using the Fuzzyband downgrader in Cydia, only if your bootloader it 5.08 or less.
The 3.0 update makes your iPhone unable to be unlocked, possibly forever.
So, at this time, DO NOT UPDATE.
