just upgraded to 2.2 using itune on my unlocked 3g iphone without thinking

i can't believe i just did that without researching. now i'm kind of worry about it since the phone is unlocked. will it lock up my phone? it worked fine after the upgrade and i'm using an AT&T sim card for the phone.

I believe no baseband update was in 2.2 or 2.1 so your good as long as it wasn't jailbroken but it would already be bricked in that case.

i dont think you understand what unlock and jailbreak is. if your using an ATT sim you dont need an unlocked phone ( for use on tmobile etc ) jailbreaking is cydia/installer apps. and yes 2.2 DID update the baseband so it is possible unlocking might not happen soon. FYI quickpwn is up and running on 2.2 so your good to go.
