Hey,

I couldn't really find a more appropriate forum on MR to post this (Although, please point me in the right direction if there is one that I've missed) but I had two photographs accepted as of today for the iPhoneography art gallery show in Soho, NYC.

Yay! :)

Edit: To avoid any confusion, the images were taken and post processed entirely on my 4S and here's the two images that some of you have asked to see. :]

I take it these pictures have been taken with your iPhone?
Otherwise go here

Yes, this is an iPhoneography art gallery showing I entered in to. I took mine and did all of the post processing on the 4S.

Really nice!:D

I particularly like the "Cloud Park" - the clarity, depth, and composition are, for me, very pleasing.

Congratulations! I wish you many more successes. :)

Wow that's super impressive nice job and congrats OP!

I haven't been able to test taking pictures outside yet with my 4s as winter has arrived and its been nothing but cloudy, cold, and dark outside.

Great pictures.
Can I ask what apps used for post processed?

Great pics! Greater than i have ever gotten with my 3k dollar lens actually, lol! Or, well, almost.. Considering it's an iPhone, that's insane! :)

You have the eye for photography, that's for sure!

+1 on your post.

Thanks. I typically use a combination of Camera+, PhotoForge, and Big Lens.

For these particular shots though one of the conditions was that they had to be processed in some way with Photo Studio as well.

Great pics! Can you let us know what apps you used to post process the photos?!

I knew there was someone else who asked what I used to process the photographs. I already responded above but I wanted to make sure you didn't think I just ignored you or anything.

What app did you use for the processing?

For those two shots I took them with ProHDR and post processed them in Camera+ and Photo Studio.

For other photos I normally use a combination of ProHDR, Camera+, Photo Forge, Big Lens, and in some cases Photo Studio as well.

That first one especially is spectacular. If it was available in desktop size I'd use it all year.

...hint, hint...

Amazing photos, its funny how its the photographer, not the gear that make photos inspiring.

I wish the photos were a bit larger so I could see them better. They do look cool.

Yeah- originals (or a clickable version) would be nice!

Wow, I hadn't even considered that anyone would want to use them for a wallpaper or something somewhere. That's really cool, thanks!

Anyways, I'm not sure how or where I could go about uploading the images and retain their original sizes. I'd be happy to email any of the pictures to you guys.

Here's a link to my Flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/isdaveyang/

I've uploaded a bunch of the images that I submitted to this art gallery there as well so if there's any that you'd like to use somewhere, let me know and I can email it over to you in lieu of a better option. :]
