use the MBA as your only computer?
From my experience, people I know use the MBA as some kind of "travel" computer, they either have a MBP or iMac at home/office, and just use the MBA for traveling or taking notes in class etc...
I am planning to get the new MBA 13 inch, but different from those people, I will sell my current machine. So I just wanna hear you guys experience/opinion on that. From your experience, can the MBA handle all your needs for work and stuff? Some typical software I install would be MS office, some statistical softwares, Matlab, visual C++, photoshop, premier pro...
I am also planning to run windows on the MBA, does any of you encounter problems using either parallels, vmware or bootcamp?
I went to the Apple store the other day and talked to a specialist, he kinda convince me to get the MBP because of the better performance and cheaper price tag. I definitely like the MBA better, so I would like to have second opinion before I make a decision. Any inputs are greatly appreciated, thanks

I use my late 2010 11" ultimate as my only computer but I don't run windows on it and I don't do any photo or video editing. Mainly surfing, music, microsoft office, watching tv shows, downloading torrents. For stuff like that it's great

I have been reading some threads on related topic, but didn't quite answer my question yet, I'll definitely read more
