iPhone KakaoTalk lags

Hello,
I'm using iPhone 12 mini and pretty often KakaoTalk freezes and lags and is generally really slow. Does anyone else have that issue? Is it my phone? Is it KakaoTalk in general? I just would like to know if anyone else has the same issue.
All the other apps work fine.
