Okay guys, just got my 27" i7, brilliant piece of machinery.
Looking to consolidate all my devices into one desk.
So, a Kanex XD for the 360 into the iMac - how's the quality? 720p is 1/4th of 2560x1440, so I assume scaling won't be an issue but just in case, my image is not going to be pixelated, right? My TV is 1368x768, and odd resolution, but it's on 1:1 mode and looks good, can I expect the iMac to look good as well?

Also, the EyeTV One - anyone have any experience? I get some HD channels but don't use a box, looking at this to stream to my phone, record, and watch live on the iMac as a TV - just making sure it looks good on the iMac.

Thanks,
XP

720p is 1/2 of 1440. Also checkout the Belkin AV360. Same price but is USB powered.

Ordered the AV360 actually, will let you know how it turns out. And was going off the basis 1280x720 = 921600, 2560x1440 = 3686400. 921600*4=3686400?
