preordered my kanex xd about a month ago and then i had 164 dollars in my pay pal account went to check where it came from and it was a refund on my purchase of the kanex. i e-mailed them but no response yet. guess at this point i should have bought the dr. bott one instead.

Wanted the Altona DP 200 as it only uses USB power, but realized it does nit output sound. Looking between Kanex & Dr Bott but the shipping charges from Europe is really costly.

There may be a law or FTC regulation that says if a company can't ship something in 30 days it must offer you the option of refunding your money.
