I keep getting BSOD window after i let my winxp turn on overnight. I had disable the webcam.

I get BSOD becasue of the CPU temperature too high?

Please help

Blue Screen of Death can really be anything, what kind of error messages are you getting in there? Down at the bottom it usually tries to fill you in on what the problem is. Usually its a software issue.

I've heard reports of webcams causing BSOD issues. I don't know if this is related to your problem, but does it happen if there is no webcam attached/turned on?

i had turn the webcam off,

and i can't even see wat problem beasue the blue screen flash not more than 1 sencond and my imac just automatic restart.

Right click My Computer -> Select Properties -> Select the Advanced tab -> Select Settings for Startup and Recovery -> Deselect Automatically restart under System Failure and press the OK button on both windows.

If you need to do this in safe mode, hold down F8 or CTRL (I can't remember which one does it or if it is easy to do on the Intel Mac's).
