Keep getting error 14

When trying to install iOS 10 beta. Tried different cable and port. Using a MBP to do the install. Any ideas....10 times now.

I had a much easier time just AirDropping myself the beta profile and updating OTA. Couldn't get XCode to load. But I didn't have Sierra installed yet at that time either.
