If no one else has reported it (any recent review mentions?), perhaps you want to create a new Twitter account and test to be sure it's not your account.
I'd think if all Twitterific users had an issue, it'd be mentioned somewhere. I assume you're using the same login (account) on your iPhone and iPad...
