is it not possible to extract a couple new programs from 1.1.3 (the .ipsw file) and put them on Installer?

Then, who needs a jailbreak? Good compromise until SDK release, no?
 
trying that right now.. i'll let you know if it works. i was thinking that way before 1.1.3 came out. but i'll be using hte method 1.1.2, just hope they didnt change the password =/ then we have to crack it again.

Same here.. hope they dont have some kind of a restriction on what firmware it can be runned on.

but sadly i am here to report that the key has been changed and i couldnt open the decrypted DMG:(
 
oh well...on with the upgrade...hope theres a fix one day...or at least apple gives me wallpaper behind my icons haha.

well lets see. i know why they change the key. secpack is inside with the new apps. well now we gotta let the dev team take care of it becuase th 1024bit encyption
 
all i want from my iphone is a background behind my icons and horizontal texting keyboard heh, the simple things

guess apple thinks backgrounds would take away from he icon clarity
