keep loading windows

Hi guys, i use bootcamp to install windows 7 and everything works fine. The thing is everything i restart it will load into windows unless i press option and select mac os. Is there anyway i can default it to load mac os....?

in windows with the bootcamp drivers installed you 'should' have a control panel item called startup disk, double click this and select mac os

alternatively startup disk is in system preferences on os x you can do it here as well
