Keep synchronized two folder via thunderbolt?

I have an iMac 21.5 (2012) and a Macbook Air 13 (2014). Two computers are linked via thunderbolt.
Can I keep synchronized two folders?
I created a folder with all my music files (mp3) and I'd like to get the same folder in both two computers. So I mean, if I cancel or add some file in my iMac I'd like to get the same changes in my Macbook Air's Music folder. The same game of Notes and Calendars, that uses iCloud to remain update.

Using IP networking via Thunderbolt, one can use the "rsync" program to sync between two computers. rsync is a command-line program and the options can be tricky so people use a frontend app. If you look on the App Store, you can search for "rsync" and find some programs. Also, Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC) uses rsync and is widely used by people on the forums here. It has a free trial available. Most people use CCC for making bootable clones so if you don't already have one, you should consider that as an extra layer of protection in case your drive fails. rsync also works on an IP -based network, so you can use it if you're connected via WiFi, etc., which may be more convenient if you're doing a relatively small update.
