macOS Keep video playing in firefox

Is there an automator script I can write to keep a video playing without the website timing out because of no mouse activity? Its for a class in college. The website times out after a few minutes of no computer activity and its a pain to keep pressing the trackpad to keep it so its plays. I tried the app Caffeine, but no luck. Thanks everyone!!!
