keeping a cool GPU

What would be the best way to keep as cool as possible a mid 2010 iMacs GPU?
I would like read your thoughts from using thermal paste to fan apps or whatever you recon. Would the 3pipe heat sink fit in the 2010 iMac and would it be recommended for cooling more?
I’m about to order my second GPU and this time I want to take very good cooling care so that it won’t overheat not even a degree more than it’s normal temp. 😁
