iPhone Keeping a MacBook Pro always tethered to iPhone hotspot: is there an iOS app for that?

Hi,

For an extended period of time, I won't be able to connect to Internet via home/office Wi-Fi. I'll have to rely on my iPhone's 4G hotspot.

But connection is lost on a regular basis due to sleep mode, random disconnections, so on and so forth.

Is there an iOS app that would make my iPhone behave like the modem/routeur from my ISP so that my MacBook Pro would treat it as such and not as a Hotspot?
