Just got myself a new iPhone moving from Android I'm still getting used to the difference. I have iTunes installed on my Windows PC and want to put my music on the iPhone. I know I can drag and drop the music folder and it will do it but I was wondering if there was a way where any music I add or remove from my PC music folder is auto synced when I next plug the iPhone in?

In the Preferences menu in iTunes (see image) there's the Keep iTunes music folder organised I'm not 100% sure what this does but if I can find out how to keep my iPhone in sync with what's in my Window PC music folder I don't want iTunes to mess with the organisation so should I untick this?
I've unticked the copy files option because I do not want duplicate files filling up my hard drive.

Thanks
