Keeping aliases always in same location on desktop?

I have several aliases on my desktop that always seem to move around somehow. Is there a way to place/lock these icons in a location so they do not move?

Right click on the Desktop then select Show View Options and set the sort option to None.

That is what it is set at, though they still seem to bounce around.
