I've been getting this message in console for a while now.

No apparent problems with the system but I wonder if anyone knows what this is or why I'm getting it?

The message shows up twice every 2 seconds.

Attached are 2 screenshots of the issue.

It's a debug message.

Maybe installed some audio handling app that turned on debugging?

Believe it's a kernel level flag, so first place to look:

sudo nvram -p | grep audio

to see if something pops up there.

Nada.

Capitalized 'Audio' gives:

Code:
SystemAudioVolume	%00
SystemAudioVolumeDB	%f9

I know the top one is muted boot. Don't know about the second but neither seem relevant to the issue.

This is driven me insane, too. If I find a fix I'll post it here.
So far Yosemite has brought a myriad of those nice little bugs.

It seems this was finally fixed for me in 10.10.3 (14D131).
