Hello all. I have a new SR 2.2GHz MBP and I'm happy with it except for one annoying problem. I have a Behringer FCA202 firewire audio interface that works fine with my PB G4 but is not recognized as an audio device by my MBP. Strangely, it shows up in System Profiler under Firewire, and an external drive daisychained to the FCA202 mounts just fine. But the FCA202 is not available as an audio device, even though it is supposed to use coreaudio drivers.

From what I can see in Console, each time I try to connect the FCA202 several kernel extensions spit out errors:

Jun 17 13:21:30 localhost kernel[0]: AM824NuDCLWrite[0x4541000]::Start error: cant create local isoch port dataSize =48 numChannels=2
Jun 17 13:21:30 localhost kernel[0]: AppleFWAudioDevice::initHardware error StartAllStreams
Jun 17 13:21:30 localhost kernel[0]: AppleFWAudioDevice[0x23d87000]::initHardware() Bailing!!! something wrong in initHardware calling cleanUpResources() status=e00002bd
Jun 17 13:21:30 localhost kernel[0]: AppleRemoteAudioDevice[0x23d87000]::initHardware(0x43ccc80) failed

Any ideas? Behringer support claims to have never heard of this problem and have not offered any solution other than "It's supposed to work."

Thanks!
