After updating to Sonoma 14 my macbook pro m1 started to reboot frequently and freeze, I get the message stating

Any help pls what is the cause and how can it be fixed. I gave it to apple and they checked the macbook and said no issue with hardware or software

macOS Sonoma 14.7 and macOS Sequoia 15 have been recently released. Consider updating/upgrading.

Whenever I try to install recovery mac os, laptop freezes completely as if its unable to find a location to install mac os on it and this happened after I erased Macintosh HD

I did the first aid also, no issues were detected and Macintosh HD is fine, but only when it comes to installing mac os it gets freezed completely and I had to power it off using the keyboard button, should I do DFU reset?

I wonder if there is still a difference between Recovery and Internet Recovery. Then I would maybe try the other one.

As I get it DFU reset, refreshes the whole device and returns it to its first stage as it was coming, am not sure.

Whenever I open the mack now it goes directly to recovery mood as it cant read any hard drive

I don’t even need to hold it, once computer is up it goes directly to this page, where there should have been Macintosh HD beside options but it gone
