I'm not sure why I'm getting these panics. Could someone look through this to give me an idea?

Why? What does this mean? I have AppleCare. This seems to have started with the upgrade to Yosemite.

sudo nvram boot-args="-x -v"

In Terminal:

Code:
sudo nvram boot-args="-x -v"

Then restart the OS. Subsequent .panic files will be more human-readable in the backtrace area.

Did you playing around with some USB device?

Or try to wake up your Mac with some possible problematic USB device still connect (could be as simple as a USB external HDD)?

It mostly happens in clamshell mode with the apple usb DVI connector.
