Well, there's mention of your GPU. Maybe give us a bit more information and we can take it from there. How often is it panicking? What sort of third party apps and hardware do you have? Do you have third party RAM?

This is the first panic since i re-installed OSX. I do use VLC and MSN. And i do have Crucial RAM as well as the apple RAM that came with the MBP. Thats all i can think of at the moment.

Okay, why did you reinstall the OS? Was it panicking beforehand? If so, then it might be a dodgy stick of RAM. Te more info you give us, the more likely it is that we'll stumble across an answer.

It was panicing before, but i thought that was due to a certain piece of third party software because it was mentioned a lot in the logs, so i re-installed OSX and didnt have a panic for 3 weeks. I have had the RAM for a while, and it is only in the last month or so i started to get panics. My MBP doesnt get very hot, it is currently on 57 degrees and doesnt get much hotter really. Are there any other specifics that would be useful?

Bad RAM can often behave like that. It's quite idiosyncratic in the way it makes the machine panic. What was the software causing the problems in the last install?
