Getting kernel panics every morning, not sure whats causing it but all drivers are up to date and running OS 10.10.5

Are you certain you have the latest Nvidia web drivers? From the log, your panic is definitely related one of your video cards and their drivers.

Try these two configurations to see where the fault lies:

GT120 alone
Titan X alone

Thanks for the quick replies. Only happens with the titan and only in the morning, really odd I know. Currently hammering the titan with a GPU rendering and also tried gpu simulations on it yesterday and it was fine. Was answering emails and barely using the machine this morning and yesterday morning and it shut off instantly!

As for drivers its 346.02.03f01 and pref manager says its up to date along with cuda

Yes, strange indeed... It also makes it difficult to troubleshoot... Is there any possibility that it's related to electrical power? Do you often have power fluctuations at your premiss?

We have a few other machines in the studio with titan cards and these haven't had an issue, so it must be a driver software issue I guess? Just seems strange when its only happened under minimum load.

I have a hd 5770 for mac, in a hackintosh... I have total random Kp, and the logs pint at the nvidia kext.

(I also have a caldigit usb 3.0)

Read error panic means some kind of hardware issue, i.e. the driver failed to read registers from the device:

Those 0xffffffff values aren't expected, as I understand it. Try updating to 10.11.4 and the latest drivers, clean your system, and/or try reinstalling the card.

Updating os and drivers fixed my problem. Still get the odd complete shutdown if I switch layers off and on too fast in photoshop, other than that its been stable even with high GPU rendering loads.

What are your GPU settings in Photoshop?

Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphics Processor Settings

Which drawing mode are you using? Basic, Normal, or Advanced?

Do you have Use OpenCL selected? I've had my share of problems with Nvidia's web drivers and OpenCL, so I leave that disabled. Not sure if they have fixed those problems yet or not.
