It seems to me that I get a kernel panic when iMac gets to stop

I was away for lunch and when I got back the iMac was turn off, it had a kernel panic and shut down
Not sure if it could be an hardware or software issue, at that time Carbon Copy Cloner should be run

I also use 2 SSD in external USB 3 enclosure for Time Machine and as Extra space disk

This part of the error
How can understand if is an hardware or software issue? Maybe faulty RAM?

It might be useful to see the rest of the error log. This one omits a lot of details.

My 2019 imac does the same thing, as i put it in sleep mode it reboots automatically after a kernel panic screen alert
and I just bought it.....:mad::mad:, heres the specifics:
iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2019)
PROCESSOR: 3,6 GHz Intel Core i3 quad-core
MEMORY: 8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
GRAPHIC CARD: Radeon Pro 555X 2 GB

i ran an etrecheck report and it says "hardware problems" so yeah i thought too that the ram have some sort of problem
heres my complete kernel report (one of the many)

Right now seems that my iMac does not kernel panic anymore, I suspect it was an USB external headphone jack but I'm not completely sure yet

I did use Crucial RAM, witch bran did you got?

Sorry i don't understand.. you mean if i added Ram? cause i didn' but i red that could be a Manifacture problem of the ram (dirty plug or badly inserted) but in my imac model it isn't removable at home, only by Apple assistance. Btw yeah i red that could be caused by faulty usb but i don't have nothing on my USBs except for the mouse, and before that i was using a magic mouse bluetooth and it happened the same. i red that bluetooth hardware could be the problem too, but sincerely i wouldn't waste another 50 or more euros and maybe still have the problem unsolved. I don't have warranty so if i don't wanna spend 400 or more for assistance i have to continue this frustrating guess game. Thanks by the way and if you find other problems that you think could have caused this problem text it here, i have to try them all before throwing this thing to the window of an Apple store

I found almost the same answer seem it could anything but I also fond this strange ram nom errore came out of the blue in Big Sure beta.
Do you have external Hard drive? Do you have any particular software.

I have 2 SSD inside an aukey case, an USB hub, WD 3,5 HDD
"strange" software that may interfere MAMP, Little Snitch, Amphetamin
