Full Keyboard Access is just totally broken in Monterey. As a quick test I opened the Dock & Menu Bar preferences and tried navigating around.

I'm getting inconsistent results. First I press tab a few times to focus the "Left" radio option. Then I press the ← arrow key. Sometimes it moves focus to the Back button. At other times it moves focus to the Magnification slider while also nudging the slider left at the same time. If I then press the → arrow key it moves focus to the "Bottom" radio option. Sometimes pressing tab or control+tab also moves the slider, seemingly giving me no way to move the focus to another control. Sometimes nothing happens at all.

I could go on like this.

Full Keyboard Access is HORRIBLY broken now!

Sometimes I lose the ability to type despite no indication that the text box isn't focused. And just when I started typing this reply, Safari loaded the previous page when I pressed space MID-SENTENCE!!!!

This is one of the new features I was most looking forward to. The new shortcut functions, like tab+m, are really cool, but it's impossible to use it in practice with navigation being so screwed up!
