Keyboard App Mac OS/Windows 10

Does anyone have a recommendation for an App that gives a keyboard (and mouse) that can be used in Mac OS and Windows 10?

Looking for something I can use when the Mac is plugged into my TV.
 
Would hardware wireless keyboard and mouse work? I think this is better.
Windows 10 does have ONscreen keyboard though.
