keyboard can't type after running Maya/Archicad program

Hi, i use Macbook pro 13" mid 2012 core i7 8GB intel graphic 4000 OSX El Capitan.
If i running program Autodesk Maya or Graphisoft Archicad, after next ten minutes my macbookpro's keyboard suddenly cant type anything. I usually try to restart my mac, but problem solved only for another 10 minutes. Please can you guys help me?
