Keyboard error sound?

I'm having this random issue with my Macbook waking up from sleep to this strange clicking sound? I believe it is coming from the wired keyboard since every time I unplug it stops and sometimes starts again when I'm working. I've attached a video to see if anyone can identify the problem or has a fix? I appreciate the help.
