The keyboard on my MacBook Pro is broken and only about half of the keys work. I can’t log in because my password contains letters that don’t work on my keyboard, I can’t login through my Apple ID because my Apple ID also contains broken letters. I have a separate keyboard but it’s completely wireless and I cannot find any way to connect it via Bluetooth without logging in. Is there any way to access my files without having to log in, or is there any way to connect the keyboard? Is there any hope for me or do I just have to buy a wired keyboard to log in?

Assuming you had file sharing enabled, you could connect to it with another computer. Otherwise, go to a thrift store and buy a USB keyboard for cheap.

What year is your Mac? Did you spill something on it?
