iPhone Keyboard issue

Whenever I try to share something with from an app via mail my keyboard seems to be lifted, but if I go to the mail app and try to send/reply/whatever the keyboard is fine.
I've tried resetting the phone, booting in safe mode,.. but nothing helps. What can I do because it's driving me crazy?

I finally was sending pictures through email and received this too. Anyone out there know what tweak is causing this? I've been installing and reinstalling apps to figure it out but still no luck.

Like the OP said, only caused when apps use links sent to email to send emails. Otherwise, going into the email app itself and replying or composing, it works fine.
