I've recently bought a Macbook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports). Out of nowhere, the letter "B" on my keyboard stopped working. Sometimes, if I have the keyboard viewer on, it'd work after pressing it for more than one time. Sometimes, it doesn't. I'm still not 100% if the issue is a hardware issue or a software issue. I noticed the issue after I upgraded the MacOs into Mojave. Any suggestions on what the issue is and how to fix it?

This sounds like the classic keyboard fail caused by the ingress of a particle of dust beneath the key or the heat or whatever. You can try blowing compressed air at the keyboard and if that doesn't work you'll have to take it to apple to get a keyboard replacement.

Keyboard problems are a known issue with 2016-2017 models, with statistics suggesting that approx. 5-10% of laptops being affected. Apple has an extended warranty for this. You can get a free replacement from them. And as suggested above, quite often it can be “fixed” by blowing some compressed air under the key.
