Keyboard layout issues - macOs Monterey beta 21A5284e

I'm with this problem with my keyboard layout. I don't know if someone else had this issue, I'm from Brazil so i use a keyboard of Logitech with a brazilian ABNT2 layout but, looks like that Apple change the layout!!! I was using the same keyboard the same configuration of when i was using macOs BigSur without any problem, minutes after i update e try to type i saw this issue. Someone knows any thing about it?

Exemple: every time that i have to use this key "?", i have to change the layout to EUA International layout to type it.

Use the Feedback tool to report these issues directly to Apple. It would have been installed when you installed the Monterey beta.

I found the "?" key with the shortcut AltGr+W but it's make no sense to Apple change this.

There are some 3rd party keyboards with layout inconsistencies in the betas. Send a report with your exact specs because logs don’t capture everything.
