I use the Dvorak keyboard layout on my current Powermac. I pried off most of the keys on my keyboard and rearranged them. Is it possible to pry the keys off a MacBook Pro keyboard safely, or would this cause it to break?

I've been to the apple store and seen them remove keys from an ibook keyboard, which is similar and there is a way to use a pen or something to go underneath and release the key. It looked pretty easy.
The iBook and MacBook keyboards are quite different. I haven't found a way to pry off the MacBook keys as yet.
