Hi:

I have a user on a Macbook Air OSX 10.11.6 connecting to Windows Server 2012 R2 Remote Desktop server. The keyboard mapping is off, e.g. he cannot use his shift key (characters are always lower case even upon pressing shift key first). We've tried using Parallels and Microsoft's RD Client app vers. 8.0.34 with same results. Any ideas?

Thank you!

hi I never heard of that with connection to Apples competitor! I know that Apple keyboards connect to any computer theyre plugged into; so I wonder what the cause of the problem is; I bet its on the software end of the competitor .
