Keyboard not connecting with new mac Mini m1

Hi All;

Just got a new mac Mini M1 yesterday

Mouse is connected but keyboard is not and only stays on this screen

Hopefully I don't have to buy a new keyboard as this keyboard works fine with my 2015 MacBook pro

The keyboard in question is an Anker bluetooth and here is a photo of the set up

Not sure where this should be posted but please move appropriately if needed

Connect keyboard via cable to your Mini and it will connect.
After it connects, turn on BT and you can disconnect the cable.
If your Anker has no wired option (like an Apple KB), then connect a USB keyboard to pair the wireless KB via BT.
