iPad Pro Keyboard not popping up on iPad Pro

Has anyone else‘s iPad Pro (2018) been very buggy over the last few days with no keyboard popping up?

Noticed it mainly in Twitter, but it‘s also happened in Safari & Notes.

The fix is to force close the App & reopen.

It’s been a very consistent bug (happened 3 times in the last 10 minutes for eg.).

Edit, it’s happening in every App - YouTube, Messages, Google Maps...

I did restart the iPad when I noticed it happening a few times the other day, but it’s been happening again since...

Yep, hard reset.
No, hoping to avoid that for now.

Forced restarts are usually not required until the device is frozen. You could also inspect the seating of the iPad on its contacts if you use some keyboard that connects to the iPad directly. Although it sounds more app related in your case.
