I have a logitech s530 combo, recently the apple key stoped working and now I have to use option, for example

copy is now option:c
paste is now option:v
and so on

If I use the apple key in a textbox a check mark comes up.

also none of the volume controls and application hotkeys work.

sounds like it's time for a new keyboard.

lol, 4 weeks old. I think it may be a driver thing so I will try to reinstall before I call and complain.

If reinstalling the drivers does nothing (although it should work) then see if you can try an Apple keyboard for a while to see if it has the same problems.
