keyboard shortcut to delete mail?

Hey all,

Is anyone aware of a keyboard shortcut (jailbroken or not) to allow one to simply delete messages while in Mail?

When my iPad is on my desk and my BT Keyboard is connected, I would REALLY like to be able to simply delete messages as I read through them.
