keyboard shows up and then hangs

these 2 days, when i want to type in SMS, email, beejiveIM, facebook or anything that needs the keyboard palette, it's often freezing.

so i had to press home button for a few seconds until the app quit and get me back into the home screen to try again with pray this time. sometimes it doesn't hang and sometimes it does.

have u ever experienced this before? btw i'm using iphone 3g with the latest firmware.

it's not actually a complete frozen. i tried to wait for it long enough, maybe about 3 minutes and then it works.

this is really annoying.
