Keyboard stutter when using two languages

Hi.
I noticed since iOS 10 beta that the keyboard stutters when I use English + emoji + German phone language (this means I can use both languages without having to "jump" over the second language.

It still stutters when I activate English + German and emoji.
The stutter is gone when I use my German iPhone with German + emoji kayboard. ☹️️

Update: This "bug" is still present in iOS 10.1
Can't believe I'm the only one with this issue.
