iPhone Keyboard won't appear in lockscreen notification center?

I have bulletin installed (lets you see notification center on lockscreen) and also apps like statusgoogle or quicknote that would pop up a keyboard for me to type while in the notification center... now, that keyboard wont come up if I'm pulling down notification center from lockscreen. I revered some recent tweaks to see if that caused the problem, but it didn't change... once im on the homescreen, no problem. But if I'm trying to type in notification center, it won't come up, just a blinking cursor in the text boxes.

Ideas?

Why not disable the lock screen? Having so much functionality from your lock screen kind of defeats its entire purpose.
